How long does shipping take?
NL 3-5 business days.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 14 days to return or exchange your item if it’s unworn and in original condition.
How do I care for my batik piece?
Hand wash or cold delicate cycle. Hang dry. Avoid bleach or tumble dryers.
Where’s my order?
Once it ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email. Use it to follow your package in real time.
Didn’t get a confirmation email?
Give it up to 2 hours — and check your spam. Still nothing? Hit us up info@masacinta.com and we’ll sort it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
