Returns must be initiated within 14 days after delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached.

Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty.

Custom or limited edition pieces may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Log in with your email (no password needed — you’ll get a code).

Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return.

Choose your reason and add a note if needed.

Click Request return.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and — if applicable — a return label. Once we’ve received and inspected your item(s), your refund or store credit will be processed.
